Operational Data Analyst
Full Time, Salary Position​

Position Scope:
-
As a key member of the Operational Excellence team supporting continuous improvement of production
-
Work closely with management and manufacturing teams to determine areas for improvement in data gathering, connectivity, processing and usage for process and business improvements.
-
Acts as a liaison between product design engineering and production teams, supporting new software implementation, industrial automation, and data collection and analysis.

Duties and Responsibilities:​​

Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI
-
Use available technology to gather and analyze data to find and suggest areas of improvement within the production process

Use Microsoft Power Platform to develop new software and automation
-
Develop various SharePoint solutions including lists, pages, and sites
-
Using available technology to connect various sources of data that may include production, design, and financial inputs.

Create or update manufacturing data gathering
-
Work with end users and IT department to implement/develop new software
-
Limited travel required (10-20%) to collect data, participate in project meetings and prepared designs for factories located in the United States and Canada.

Education, Training:​​​​
-
Bachelor's degree or equivalent job experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field
-
Proficient with Microsoft Power Platform including PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI
-
Programing knowledge in Python, SQL, and/or similar languages
-
Proficient with SharePoint use and development

Work Experience:​​​
-
Basic knowledge of ERP system, knowledge of the Microsoft D365 will be an
-
Minimum one (1) year of experience working or related internships with projects completed that focused on similar tasks.

Lean Manufacturing experience, Six Sigma Green Belt, or ability to obtain that as part of a training on lean methods.
