Summary:
Delta Star Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager with proven skills to attract top candidates for a variety of positions though various outlets. This position will report directly to the Corporate HR Director and work closely with the HR Business Partners and the HR Generalists at all locations.

A Day in the Life:
On any given day, you will be tasked with working alongside our HR Business Partners to develop and execute the recruiting process, analyze current and future organizational workforce needs, and collaborate with our hiring managers to determine staffing needs and drive targeted recruiting campaigns. Regular travel will be required to various sites in the US and Canada.
What We're Looking For:
A successful candidate will have knowledge of the full cycle recruiting process, an ability to understand the differences between various organization roles, and demonstrate a high sense of responsibility, persistence, and confidentiality. You'll stand out from other candidates if you have previous experience in HR talent acquisition and are able to communicate in English, Spanish, and French. Most importantly, you're committed to progress, ownership, worth, excellence, and responsibility to ensure POWER AT ALL TIMES.
Education and Experience:
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field is required for this role as well as a minimum of 8 years of recruitment experience. Experience in an engineering and manufacturing environment will help you easily transition into our team!
